Just checked Flomarching and WGI events are now showing.

Pine Tree submitted enrollment in the 1,250s so they'll almost assuredly move down. They should compete very well in 4A, really enjoyed their show this year and seems like they are on an upswing.

wanna add one more priority to Karl's list for this season: MOVEMENT. suuuper duper thrilled to see Houston Ballet's production of Kenneth MacMillan's Mayerling this May. i want all those kids and experienced performers w/ spin accounts on Insta to be as excited about learning stuff like this as they are about learning the newest daredevil trick toss. https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=AQ6wSf6MjRM&pp=ygUJTWF5ZXJsaW5n maaaybe a little less PG-13 lol. but look at the technical command combined w/ the commitment to character, you feel the performers' lust tinged w/ self-destruction, even as they do the most ridiculously demanding things w/ their bodies lol. it's pure communication. even at the highest levels in IW there's a lot of room for growth here. opens new equipment avenues too.

I also really wish Leander was doing WGI this season. They really have a great guard this year and I was hopeful we would finally see them back in WGI!

It's on the radar for us (Bridgeland) at some point within the next few years, but a lot of stars need to align. And the scheduling for 6a state/boasa/gn next yr is...suboptimal.

Well said. Oddly enough, learning to handle success can be a real problem. I have seen it multiple times where a program has a very successful season and for various reasons, has a much less successful year the next year. Building a tradition of excellence is a very difficult thing to do for so many reasons.

Cedar Park is 1,966 for now, so no move up to 6A this round.
