Great season for Shelbyville Dragon Band - 1st division UIL (only 1a band in region 21 to get all 1's) - 1st Place at Area Marching (total of 6 points) - 8th Place 1A State Prelims still bitter about state our scores were 4 4 16 music 7 3 marching one of the judges put us 2nd to last in music which put us out of finals by 1 point. we had 3 scores higher than the band that was 2nd in prelims. that judge put the ONLY 2 military bands at the contest 2nd to last and last.....pretty disappointing especially in my last year in h.s. to have a judge do that to ya...but it happens
