After seeing Duncanville, Berkner and Coppell, I know they will be filling three of the four spots. After seeing Rowlett though... The question is, will Rowlett claim the fourth spot? They are having a decent season but no where near what it was two years ago, or even last year. North Mesquite has lost quite a few great players and in my opinion it's questionable as to if they can knock off Rowlett and advance to state. That fourth spot for state is up for grabs by Lake Highlands, Rowlett, North Mesquite, Lakeview Centennial, JJ Pearce, Sachse and Midlothian, who all made Area Finals in 2012, though a lot can change in two years. It will be interesting to see who can claim that fourth spot. My personal predictions for Finals: 1) Berkner 2) Duncanville 3) Coppell 4) North Mesquite 5) Rowlett (can't really decide 4th and 5th...) 6) Lake Highlands 7) Lakeview Centennial 8) Midlothian 9) Sachse 10) JJ Pearce
