dude, he's talking about because of the fact marian catholic has won nats so many times, theyre practically guaranteed a spot into finals year after year no matter how badly they do. It's common sense to move Grand Nats around. I'm suprised they havent done it already. Just because the Olympics originated in Greece doesnt mean it's there every year. And of all places it needs to be held in Texas for once. And i think u should have to meet a certain qualification to compete at nationals. Every year there's random bands from the indianapolis area who dont know what the heck theyre doing and just go the nats just for something to do, and all they do is clog up prelims and cant even score up to 50 points. It's stupid and a waste of the judge's time. I think if a band wins a super regional or scored up to a certain score at a competition, they should be sent to nationals w/ BOA's financial aid or something. It makes sense to make a NATIONAL COMPETITION competitive w/ bands from all over the NATION. Why even host it then? i dont know...w/e
