  3. Give me 20 min. and we can have some FUN!!! Leg lifts, 15 push ups and 2 laps... Tell you what, Do a search for "FM 21-20" it's the Army PT book. That's got a lot of fun and exciting ways to make your body feel sore.   6. Thing that I have learned, stretch. Before and after. You won't knot up when you stop moving. And don't go stait into AC or a dead stop. Slowly cool down and rest.

  8. The birds were eating stuff off of the ships, and since they were on the ship, they had no shields and the Army(yeah!) could blow the **** out of them...
