Give me 20 min. and we can have some FUN!!! Leg lifts, 15 push ups and 2 laps... Tell you what, Do a search for "FM 21-20" it's the Army PT book. That's got a lot of fun and exciting ways to make your body feel sore. And ways to stretch.
