Newman Smith was not at the contest because they were 5A that year. They made AREA B Finals in 2007 but fell short and got alternate. But Smith did host the contest for AREA B 4A contest two years ago.

we played rolling thunder last year. good workout for the trombones. lol. and we were going to play dance movements this year. but decided not too. good luck this season.

we usually play games like one word sentence or the rhyming game where we all clap and the first person says a word and you get three claps until you have to rhyme with that word. it gets pretty ridiculous when the tempo speeds up. like treblemaker, we also sing our past shows. and when we make the last turn into our school, we sing our alma mater. its tradition

yeah, i've seen marcus's show 3 times. mansfield 5 times and hebron 6 times. not sayin' they were dull. just so many timess.

the only bands i got today was turner (prelims) creekview (finals) and sachse (finals) and then the timberview one doing the rollercoaster ride and the band wave. then i ran out of memory :/

hm. i dont knoww. the only other contest that we will be hosting kinda is UIL Region 24. and if a band wants me to record, i could if liked.

you're right about berkner droppin' but we host the contest. we're already performing in exhibition.
