Plano Easts Calendar says Little Elm. Who knows at this point!

How did Plano Senior do?

Yeah, he is pretty good! Guess I've watched the show enough to see other things! I thought it was interesting they had no props at all. But they have sounded and looked good the last few times I have seen them.

How did Plano East do?

I know this was on Plano East's calendar.

Happy to see PESH make the top 5. I thought they had a chance, but I haven't seen all the bands. I wasn't sure Plano would make the finals after seeing their show last week (I've had kids at both PESH and PSHS but not any more!), happy to see they did!

If someone could post the finals line-up when they get to that point I would appreciate it! Trying to convince the hubby to go tonight!

Did you have a specific band you would like to see? I know what Clark HS had, but might be able to find out others.

So happy to see a good turnout of bands for PEMI this year.

Plano Senior High school has the Plano East Marching Invitational in Sept 30th on their calendar, and Mckinney the next week.

They'll get there! Was sad to hear of the issues today but I know they are really committed to building up the program and you could see that this year. I hope they can eventually build the band size up again because I think that will help too.

Plano Senior has a really nice show too. No kids in school there anymore but I have seen their show multiple times and really liked it.

I know they weren't there late last night as I checked!

Thanks! My oldest went to PESH and was part of the 2012 State bound band. Then they realigned the schools and my last two went to Plano Senior. But my heart has always been with Plano East. I just like to see them rebuilding each year and getting better.

How did PESH sound in finals?

Is that the reverse order they finished in?

Anyone there today that may be able to post prelim results?

Don't know why about dropping out but here is what I find for the schedule

Back in 2013, the Plano East band stopped their show before the last movement because they knew they started late. Yes. us parents in the audience were confused, but they still received their 1st rating because they were aware of the time restriction. There are so many props and electronics these days in the shows and the bands should know the the effect of starting late. Wakeland probably knew the consequences of starting late yet continued so they could get a full run in.

I wish this was closer to me, would love to attend.
