I was talking to my old band director about why they are doing so bad and he said it's because they had to so many age outs last season. The way he said it was"Imagine your marching band with out your top band". I'm a big fan of SCV they just aren't having a good season

1.Reigon - Local, usually within 2 or 3 school districts,then if you place high enough there you move to what's called Area 2. Area- Top chairs from adjacent reigons compete. If you place high enough there, you earn a spot in the All-State Band 3. All-State - All people placing high enough in there area combine and compete for chairs.

Even though they are having a rough season, I'm going to have to say SCV
