    How weird is it to have a High School Marching Band having someone march the Bass Clarient? Most schools in SoCal dont do that at all.

    Hey! mnkyman As a former woodwind player and current woodwind instructor/advisor. I would not suggest purchasing Vanoren V12 at all. They are great for concert band but like any private instructor/director would say they are not highly recommanded at all for high school levels musicians at all.
