  1. Well I think the first question that needs to be answered is why do those seniors not want the band to do well, and why are they section leaders and still in band? Perhaps the wrong leaders were chosen?
  2. Austin is a nice city! (Just horrid traffic) I live in Northwest Austin
  3. Whatever I already said I was at the band hall
  4. I dunno if anyone watched DCI on ESPN2, but we were all crowded at a computer in the band hall watching the live DCI updates. Seriously, Cadets 1.5 points over the Cavies? WOW! Poor Crossmen
  5. Its simple math: Dynasty Euphonium x [(lower back + shoulders + arms) x time
  6. pHp is a great programming language, but sometimes stuff like that can be a lot harder than it sounds.
  7. Well tell all your friends to join anyways!!!
  8. Sorry, can't tell. It was one of the original files that I uploaded when the site was launched, and was just taken off the State Finals DVD by someone.
  9. Right Click on the red arrow, and hit 'Save Target As'
  10. Cool, I'm interested. Is there like a website (like BOA) that contains information on all of these contests?

*cough* Website takes all day *cough*
  13. There are a LOT of kinks in the system, so we're going to polish it up (it requires major re-writing of the code and we don't want to lose data) during the off-season. Don't worry, your name is written down in the Admin CP and I see it every time I log in.
  14. 3-2 Astros! Thats the way to play!
  15. Is it really necessary that YOU clap and make a tempo? I mean, can you use a temple block and a drum stick? My vote's on cotton, because they are cheap and breathable. I just clapped in them and it was fairly easy to produce the 'popping' sound.

If it wasn't fun, no one would do it. I think its VERY fun!
  17. If memory serves correctly, I think Poulan arranged the music for Cedar Park last year... and they got second in State at UIL.
  18. Heh, get us a few more thousand members and SURE!
  19. Rhapsody in blue is overused, although when its good (Like Phantom this year), ITS GOOD!
  20. Well, my no means am I knowledgable with what I see on the field, except for some obvious out of tune notes, blasted notes, and people out of the form, so whatever I say below comes from a personal, spectator, view... I really liked the Crossmen... they were 1 place away from the finals, and I would have loved to have seen their show again. It was exciting, high energy, and I thought their music was great. Also, I think the Blue Coats deserved a higher place than 6th. I thought their show was really awesome and moving. They really stepped it up a notch from when I remember them last year. Anyways, no one else's music really did anything for me, except the SCV. IF their closer wasn't so rough, they would have done better than 9th. I'll update the predictions in the morning... unless someone is in a real rush to know how they did.
  21. Hah whenever I find those on the floor I just snap them! -When you go back to the middle school band hall 2 years after you left it.
  22. I'll be there tomorrow, wearing a bright orange shirt. I'm somewhere in section 310. If you stop and say hi, I might have some giftcards!
