There are about 7 locks Bowie CTJ Round Rock Hendrickson Reagan Cedar Ridge Westlake However there are about 9 bubble schools for 3 spots Anderson Pflugerville Westwood Chruchill Hays Lake Travis O'Connor Wagner New Braunfels

This will be an absolute blood bath with about 16 bands that could potentially be finalists ( I know 10 are the finalists)

Hays has to be in the conversation this year, I saw the annual rivalry game between lehman and hays. Hays was the superior band so some recognition is warranted

Hays and pflugerville are going to be close for the 1-2 in the competition

Don't count out Dripping Springs. Mr. Lancaster always has a strong bunch

I believe Bowie could easily challenge fro a state championship this year

This years capital city marching festival looks like a good one with the schedule as followed
