    Ummm actually... L.D. Bell has not submitted Honor Band tapes in nearly two decades. Last year was the first year they have done it in a VERY VERY long time. I would figure that a bands first year may not be the strongest considering the length of time between submissions. (Though they sounded fantastic!)
