we start jogging for 4 minutes, then 6 minutes, 8 minutes, and then eventually 10 or 11. some days we do jumping jacks,etc. and sometimes, we play a few warmup notes and articulations, and then go run around the football field, pick our horns up, and then play...no time to rest!

haha, you play trumpet, which is inferior to french horn, so don't try and act like you could even attempt to play horn.

i'm always a nerd, but i wouldn't ask questions like that..i'd only ask if aaron wanted me to, and i was too lazy to make the post. now i'm just procrastinating...

when should i start recording for it, and is it best to play all state etudes, or to play solos?

i don't know, i think just....Morning Rush is cool. plus, i like the fact that you're putting william tell overture in a show. that's awesome, one of my favorite pieces, and not because of the trumpet/horn part that everyone knows

ooh, yay!i love it when schools renovate themselves. it's quite exciting.

what's the fun in knowing everyone's show ahead of time? i think it's more fun to leave it all to be a surprise until the first game, or competition.

i've liked all our section leaders. in fact, i've loved my section...we're all a bunch of crazy kids

i like the way our school does drum major auditions, because it shows that there's more to being drum major than just conducting. and, we don't have to tryout to be section leader...the directors choose who they believe would be best, i think.

i don't think i have it, but i believe i can get a copy of it, just give me a few days.

i'm pretty sure that the FDA wouldn't approve of anything that could endanger your health, without putting a legal selling age on it.

i think plenty of bands have a chance to do their best and all that good stuff. it really has a lot to do with how hard everyone's willing to work, in my opinion.

depends on how fast the horse was galloping. if it were going REALLY REALLY FAST, then it'd be fun. slow...no.it's not always warm down here, but it usually is.

UNT, majoring in music ed with some emphasis on horn perfomance somehow. and then, hopefully a master's in horn performance, wooo!

it'd be really cool to ride a horse to school all the time. maybe that's just me...but i'd really love to have a white pony...*hints to anyone who is going to buy me a horse and many musical instruments sometime.*

well, non band friends happen to be friends who don't talk about band all the time, which is a weird concept, i know. but you get used to it. usually they're kids who go...do things that aren't weird. hm...another strange concept. i like mountain dew, but dp is SO much better...

i could care less, because we get plenty of days off as is. plus...why not just get school over with? i'd rather just have more time off later.

haha yep,man, that guy was into it, which is his job and all, but it was just so...crazy..i've never heard someone that passionate about what they're talking about on the field.

UIL doesn't, i know that. BOA does it, of course. uh, i think i passed a judge once..this one time i know i passed a judge and he was wearing this funny hat, but i couldn't laugh, and so i just forgot about him. oh, crazy awesome judges and their tapes.
