It's all fine and dandy that we all have our own opinions. We are entitled and encouraged to voice them. But DON'T hate somebody else for not having the same opinion as you. In regards to the placements in finals, they are what they are you can't go back and fix them. You have to deal with the judges choices, and scores. You may not agree with their choice/decision but you can't change it. If in all reality Westfield really wasn't as good as you say they were than they wouldn't have been in finals. All in all don't hate someone else for the opinions that they hold, chances are they hate your opinions as well. Congrats to all the bands that made finals at Arlington. They all deserved it, granted I was shocked that Hebron didn't make finals, but if the only thing that held them back from finals is their "time penalties," than we all know that they would have done really well. The biggest surprise in finals was Colleyville Heritage advancing to finals and placing 6th. I graduated from Colleyville Heritage last year and this is a huge step in the right direction for this group. If only I was a senior this year. I'm proud of them, unfortunately I wasn't able to make it to finals or prelims to see them perform, but I know they did well. Well enough of my ranting. And once again CONGRATS to all the bands that not only made finals at Arlington but to those that performed. Good luck to everyone the rest of the season.

Our Theatre Department is doing Oklahoma! Not playing in the pit, no tuba part.

We switch every year with the other school in our district one year in state for us and the next year would be out of state for us, and vice versa for the other school. Hopefully that didn't sound to confusing.

We're are going to CHICAGO, and get to play on Symphony Hall, then get to watch the Chicago Symphony Orchestra perform. That is going to be the best trip ever. Last year we went to Corpus as well. Trips in High School Freshmen: NYC Baby!! Yeah Macy*s Day Parade Sophmore: LA, Contest thing was boring, because we were literally the only bands there, so we beat ourselves. Also went to Disneyland Junior: Corpus, boring but fun because we bought our own food and had our condo Sweet. Senior: Chicago, can't wait.

Yeah our football team is really destined this year, our first time to playoffs since 2002. Don't worry about the halftime part, ours wasn't very good either, besides it's not like we were performing our show or something. Also the national anthem sucked, that is the worst we have ever played it, we have potential to play it really well. Good luck with concert season!

Area B definately the hardest Area in the State. Hands down no other Area has as many good bands as Area B.

Actually their Seniors did get to see the AlamoDome they were at the San Antonio Super Regional.

Ha Ha That's funny you guys thought he was dating one of our colorguard members, yet it was his sister. I didn't even know that she had a brother. Also, no we are not going to State, however we are going to BOA SA.

We were 15th. *Sigh* But we all know we had a great performance, our best of the year so far.

Exactly the 5 bands I thought were going to advance.

To whom it may concern, as far as predicting for Area B: BOWIE, is Arlington Bowie! Would it make any since for Austin Bowie to come to North Texas for an Area contest. Just hope this message clears up any confusion. In future predictions maybe we should put Arlington Bowie and Austin Bowie, just to clear up any confusion.

Seem's like this is probably the toughest Area in the State and any of the five bands that do make it to state definately deserve after such a bloodbath of bands. We're just in ITALICS?

In Area B, don't count Colleyville Heritage out we have a really good chance of making the finals at Area, now wether or not we make state that is all in the hands of the judges. Looking at the block that we are in and the block right after us, I can pretty much tell you who will make state, most likely the 5 bands will come from these two blocks. I'm not counting anyone out I'm just going off past years and my experience. Good luck to everyone at Area!!

I still like Westfield's uniforms. Now that I've seen Reagan's full uniform, I must say that I like them a little more, the one thing I don't like is that they have the side plume, but the plume sticks out from the wrap around the shako. Other than that I do have a little more respect for Reagan's new uniforms. And Marcus' uniforms look cool as well.

That's horrible even if I didn't like my director I don't know that I would write something about them like that. That is just wrong. Very rude.
