In general, I think this was the most competitive 4A year evar. Live, learn, breath, these moments of the 2011 season were so iconic. AKA the virgin sacrifice by Alice HS, a winning show sans props, the pressure to defend the title of a 4A champion etc, etc,

I cannot believe Alice was left UNRECOGNIZED for a an ICONIC performance. The virgin sacrifice was the pivotal crux and LEGENDARY moment in 4A band history. It was both revolutionary, bold, daring, etc.

Ok I seriously need to know, after graduating HS 4 years ago, I still don't know the name of the chorale that nearly every marching band plays to warm out. Calallen just played it right now, Friendswood warmed-up with it awhile back, so i'm curious...what is it?? Does it have name? Is it a Bach?

KINGFISHERS CATCH FIRE?!!?! if you play it, youre lucky, that piece is amazing, i heard it live at tmea with the 5a symphonic band and i was just amazed. It made me really want to be part of the 5a symphonic band again...but then college happened...LOL
