i loved yalls music to your show southwest, well played

just as a side note, i did see poteets parents and students after the show and they were crying and balling, but lets admit it, they have a really high expectations, as do all the other bands that were not only in finals but at the state contest. We as young adults and students have to understand that even though we are really competitve that this honestly and truly, is another step of maturity, and that even though we might have not come in 1st 2nd or 3rd, the only thing we can be proud of is how we felt our individual bands performances went, not how 5 people rank the bands we represent, this is a true test of adulthood, not worrying about what others think or feel but how we feel we carry ourselves

wow what a finals, always keeping it entertaining in 4a state, a huge congrats to dripping springs, a well deserved win for them, also congrats to Friendswood, who took the silver medal last night.

here we are again, one week from 4a state marching contest. finalists in random order Hendrickson Friendswood Wakeland Newman Smith Southwest Dripping Springs Hays LBJ Legacy Poteet I understand that i have all area B and D in finals simply because these are the stronger Areas in the state who both consistently have state finalists, you also have to understand that Area B brought in a new slew of bands from there area,seeing that nobody from state in 07 are there again .I CANT WAIT
