This is really shaping up to be an interesting area! This is just the Area B Bands. Prelims: 1. Coppell 81.6 / 2. Timber Creek 79.3 / 3. Southlake Carroll 79.0 / 4. LD Bell 76.05 / 5. Keller 75.5 / 6. Keller Central 72.65 Finals: 1. Coppell 84.25 / Timber Creek 82.20 / 3. Keller 78.5 / 4. LD Bell 77.8 / 5. Southlake Carroll 77.05 Interesting note....TC and SLC went on back to back in prelims. Only .3 separated places 6 and 7.

And let's talk about Tarrant County representing here! Timber Creek, Keller Central, Keller, Southlake Carroll, and LD Bell are all within 10 miles of each other! A nice little hot bed of excellent programs!

All of this! The way this summer has been going....a performance time before noon is a blessing in disguise!

I'm thinking it will be North Mesquite out of this area. Traditionally a fairly strong band program.

You guys do realize you are talking about 5A bands in the 6A discussion right? 🙂

I'm all in on the DFW groups! 🙂 Southlake Carroll is beautiful this year, love the elegance of Burleson Centennial, love the soulfulness of Mt. Pleasant, Wylie is really making huge strides pushing to the end of the season, and Wylie East and Pine Tree shouldn't be counted out yet. Coppell is a fan favorite in the Open division for sure...and Little Elm is amazing. McKinney is really pushing hard going into the last 2 weeks with a truly emotional design. And let's not forget all the really amazing independent groups making the trip from the DFW area as well. But in the end...It's TEAM TEXAS! Whether the teams are from North, South, East, or West Texas....we hope they all go up there and blow everyone's minds! The Stars At Night....Are Big And Bright!!!!!

Good news is that Texas is still well represented at the top of the A Class standings with Southlake Carroll 1st and Clear Brook 3rd! But we all know it's anyone's game once they all get under the same roof. Clear Brook and Southlake Carroll have already met once at the Dallas Regional. Throw Noblesville, Dobyns Bennett and the others into the mix....it will be quite the match up.

Sometime in 2019 someone had put a spreadsheet together of contests and regionals and who was attending where. Has anyone started to put one together for this upcoming season?

DFW is going to be WELL represented at this contest! Can't wait to see it!
