Seven Lakes really just went and proved that their placement at BOA was no mistake. Genuinely impressed.

There's a few drops but that might be the most sizable one. I thought it was a good run in finals, but the prelims run was nutty.

We will have numbers for all minus McNeil when the 6A State program is published too

Glad that I, a Houstonian, have seen the Houston-area program Waller at exactly two contests: Prosper and San Antonio. I really like that Hanson piece (Pearland, Mason 2022, Wakeland 2023), and I think Waller's taken a pretty good stab at it. Love when programs give themselves a challenge! It was a little shaky at Prosper and much improved today! Keep eyes out for this band as the area grows!

I am rooting for a very high placement for Pearland. That's the best show of the season for me.

It's the times like this where I feel bad that I don't quite have it in me to write up positive comments for literally everyone, because there are truly great things about every single show here.

The key to being a student on here is: take only the positive comments, and leave only positive comments.

If you didn't tell me the time on the clock, I'd assume this is a primetime afternoon block the way the bands have been performing. Everyone's doing great!

Went to the lower stands for a block and have not been able to collect my thoughts since. Pflugerville closer definitely surprise of the evening for me so far. Round Rock is a whole new show since I saw it in Austin. Cedar Ridge is phenomenal. Reagan awesome. Flower Mound is the absolute winner of the day. Westlake is BEAUTIFUL. Keller, Godspeed! suits them better than any band here. The McNeil hype is real. And there's so much left IN THE DAY, much less tomorrow

Hendrickson has brought a beast of a show with them. Demand is through the roof and it was really entertaining throughout. That one was a first viewing for me today and man it was good.
