Reagan should do a sequel to Secret World entitled: "Uncovered" and it's basically just the same show but they go to Grand Nats and sweep captions

I'm biased obviously (Oak Ridge Alum) but Oak Ridge 2016 Area F was a load of bull. Spring went from top 2 of the Area to 30 something at state and we made 17th at San Antonio for reference.

Based on Conroe I'd definitely say Cy Fair, Oak Ridge, and Seven Lakes have a shot at finals. I don't think Churchill can hang on unless they improve a lot more than UIL restrictions typically allow

Wasn't talking about Friendswood, although Friendswood has never done well in BOA (2015 San Antonio aside) and, having seen them in past years, their show design isn't half of what it was last year and the kids aren't performing it half as well

The judges at Friendswood's contest has always been inconsistent with BOA judging. SFA is always on top with no real competition for instance.

This Spring shouldn't have even made finals

They didn’t have the GE. Ironic considering Oak Ridge was behind them in everything at Friendswood and then proceeded to surpass them in GE and match or almost match their best vis/music scores

Pearland almost always makes State, even if they don't do the best at BOA, I'm from the region. 2016 was an outlier on their State appearances. They just never did well at BOA until last year

Not necessarily San Antonio, but we (Oak Ridge) never participated in a BOA competition in 2014 and we beat TWCP in one contest without plumes so I’m curious how we would’ve done that year

We have about 5% choreo in our shows whereas everyone else has at least 40% in a world dominated by choreo

Area F 2016 was a joke. Spring should have gotten dead last in music, trombones were literally blasting the entire show

Oak Ridge will definitely suprise a lot of people this year. Not going to say anything else.

That may be because I only saw part of Dawson's show live

Still don't understand Spring and Dawson's placements. Literally everyone at the competition except the judges said that Spring was bottom 3 at best and Dawson shouldn't have made it over Pearland. I'll admit I'm biased on this next statement, but Oak Ridge seriously should have gone and if you ask anyone that was there, they'll say that too.

What do you think Oak Ridge's chances are?

I'd say there's no way CP can beat Churchill or Round Rock, and even though I'm from Oak Ridge so this is biased, there hasn't been a single contest outside of a completely **** Area competition where we haven't beaten Pearland in finals
