    I absolutely love The Woodlands HS style transformation. These jazzy, swingy shows in the past 3 years are fantastic.

    Last year was also a 6A state year. Could be that shows were tailored accordingly.

    Beautiful music from Dickinson HS. Lots of heads bopping in the stands.

    Good job by Oak Ridge though the band is noticeably smaller. The Gand Oaks expansion has definitely effected headcount. Still musically strong. The guard killed it!

    Not sure about that this year. At least not by the buses. BOA has made it crystal clear that the only way you can eats in the lots is on the buses.

    THIS^^^ Quite frankly, we're all browbeaten over subtle implications that scoring will be lowered if parents are too boisterous.

    Saturday was a great night for CISD. I can tell you this without reservation. The College Park parents are pumped that y'all are heading to state. Saturday was the first time I really got to sit and watch ORHS's show. It's simply fantastic. Those kids can play and march. We'll be there in force for you when you perform at 6:45 PM next Monday!

    True dat. We finally got the aerialist in a bright outfit that stands out. Glad it was noticed!!!!!

    1. Thank heaven they were aluminum. 2. It was nerve wracking. We have PVC pipes mounted on the back of the cages to carry the guard flags and oth guard visuals. If something went horribly wrong..well..it would not have been optimal. :-)

    Well, sometimes the props are too wide for the gates. When they are, prop dads to the rescue!!!!!! Deadlifting birdcages for the win!!!

    Prelims finish Order 1. The woodlands 2. Oak Ridge 3. College Park 4. North Shore 5. Spring 6. Klein oak 7. Tomball memorial Nature of the rest. Percussion director recited this to me so apologies if there are any errors.
