LCM did amazing! I love their show a lot and they definitely earned 7th place.

Congratulations to all bands who advanced onto finals. My band sadly missed finals, we got 12th and were only 2 points away from advancing.

My favorite memory so far definitely has to be state from last year. It was one of the best times of my life and it was amazing!

Dripping Spings is a really really good band. Like you said, they dont get talked about a whole lot but they should. They produce amazing sound especially since they are not exactly huge. But they are fantastic.

I think this year will be a great year for my band. We are trying many new things for us including harder drill, music, and finally having props on the field. We have several solos/duets but all i know so far is a sax solo and a flute duet. Overall i feel like we will have a great shot on going back to state this year.

My band is playing Sound of Silence for one of our songs this upcoming year. But its the one by Simon and Garfunkel. The Disturbed version is better, wish my band could play it.

I personally think Lumberton is going to be better this year and the years in the upcoming. I am a little biased towards my band. I know that we very good just not on the same level that most bands are that are talked on here the most. I do think we will go back to state again this year. Dont know if we'll medal or not. Also, I agree with SpartanMarcher. Porter is growing. Really good band. Loved last years show.

As a member of the Lumberton band, i have to say that if we do make it to state, i will be happy just to be there and if we dont make state finals then well thats fine. Im not saying that we SHOULD make finals. I would love to but if not then thats fine. But i will say that from what my friends have told me(some of them are in bands that we are now going to be competing against) that apparently we are somewhat a threat to some bands already. Idk if thats true or not but i will say next year is going to be intense for sure.
