I still have to say the best bands of today for me are TWHS, Hebron, Vista Ridge, Marcus, and Pearland.

I’m really happy Plano East was still able to perform. That show made me feel so happy.

I’m quite surprised to see TW in the bottom seven. Any others as surprised as I am?

I’m in the center of the stands right now, really excited for this!!!!!! I’m positive Grand Nats is going to get outclassed!

Rubisco, I’m curious based on your descriptions, (which were brilliant by the way), what your predictions would be. From what I read, you seem to claim each show has a HUGE winning aspect to it, but at the same time it has something that keeps it from being a winning program.

So I noticed that The Woodlands is now #13 after winning area F. I’ve seen their show and know for a fact that it is a killer. Is there something I’m missing? Or does HornRank believe that just because they placed 11nth last year their suddenly never going to be top 7.

I’m curious to see how Area played a role in rankings. As some bands should drastically change positions if so.

Following up on my previous predictions after seeing area at area F, and watching some performances from B, H, E, and D. First two stay the same. These two are on fire this year, and to be honest, whichever band cleans more this last week will take the gold. It’s that close. 3-6. Vandegrift swaps with Leander. CTJ and Reagan stay the same. This weekend I saw both Leander and Vandegrift’s shows. I’m honestly astounded that Leander almost didn’t advance to state. They have a show that should put them in. Vandegrift did very well, and while Vista won, I’m not convinced that they will place higher than 5th. All others roughly stay the same.

At this point in their season, counting The Woodlands out of finals is a sin. They are more than capable of medaling this year.
