It is a lot smaller. Plus side, I get to see old friends that might not have made finals in previous years during retreat. Down side, I wanted to see someone like Vandy or Leander perform here cause I've watched recordings, and I love what I've seen

I can't even imagine how heartbreaking that must be for the students. I know if our directors told us we'd be skipping finals, for a football game of all things, the band would absolutely riot. Cats and dogs living together. Mass hysteria. In all seriousness, it'll be so sad to not see y'all at retreat.

One of their members said their comp schedule was so busy that the directors decided they needed one weekend off. Why they didn't pick a smaller regional to drop, we probably won't find out.
