    also depending on the scales of how challenging the shows could be i wouldnt be surprised if a lot of bands shelf the shows and wait till several years from now. it depends on how much a school could handle on a modified season.

    I had strong Disney vibes but now I'm really lost. We had a field trip and went to Canyon Vista MS, and when we were waiting for the bus our director said that if he had to use a Hamilton song to describe our show it would be "Battle of Yorktown". Also said what comes after war, and it isn't a dark show...

    our show reveal is in about 3 weeks but we dont say anything to the public at all basically, they only announce it to us students and then its basically a soft release but theres no exact date to when we release it to the public.

    Super excited and beginning to get more worried about GN now with the other bands going. Hopefully we'll see something like last year with all the Texas bands in finals!!!

    its annoying how area alignments dont match from uil to tmea, so theres nothing really noteable in my area i can see.

    i would begin to tear up every time we get to the final hit of that movement regardless of practice or performance

    makes it even better for general fans, DFW is always an interesting one especially in the bubble.

    Lets just hope theres still at least 30 bands that go to area D for 6 state spots :/

    I'm also very interested about what Wylie is going to produce this upcoming year. I watched their San Antonio performance in person, and their 18th place finish this year was very well deserved and they didn't deserve anything lower than that. Very interested to see what they'll produce next year.

    I have a really good feeling about our band next year. With what our directors told us they're gonna take a similar approach to what they did last year(planning wise). With them hyping us up I could easily see a performance at UIL state in prelims and finals.

    i honestly think putting coppell in finals is a bit bold... not saying its impossible though. just like UIL area every year, anything can and will happen. also im pretty confident that marcus will be in the top half after their win at DMI. i dont think they'll beat hebron in the BOA circuit, but they'll probably be in the top half id say.
