Anyone else already sweating just thinking about even 14th place? Tough competition tonight and the stress felt by the performers must be immense right about now. -

There’s also still Lamar University, Don’t know if that would change anything though. -

I’m going to be honest. I’m completely lost, and I was on the field taking photos for the Hebron vs. Flower Mound game. -

Even though I’ve been to every contest with Hebron and Flower Mound in showing this year, I hadn’t ever seen Flower Mounds full show. But holy wow they just FLOWER POUNDED the field with their FLOWER SOUND and Color. -

or even the thought of Hebron not even making finals for BOA SA in 2011 more less placing lower than 15th * i believe they ranked 19th *. I agree with this -

Hebron thoughts - OK. I’m going to say it. I’m a little disappointed that the changes I thought would be made didn’t happen. I’m still in awe. Holy WOW there’s no other words. I’m utterly really amazed by the run that Hebron just performed. Can’t wait to see how things pan out for them at Awards & UIL -

Thoughts on CTJ : Very powerful message behind the show and the music was very well played., however not as visually clean in the beginning as this morning from the perspective of FloMarching MultiCam. * From what i saw* THAT SAX THOUGH. JUST WOW. The speaker for the show was also very inspiring with his tone of voice Overall, not my favorite style of show but they presented the show in a fashion that made the show very enjoyable. Great job and props to CTJ -

I believe the lack of color was in the design plan. If you look at the Hebron Band twitter a hashtag they always seem to use is #bluefire or #blueflame. From what I've heard. Hebron is on a plan to become "something better than ever before" and thus, I've made the assumption that their show this year is about the "endeavor" of finding the bands Self Individuality and Identity while trying to create something unique that has never been created before. As well as trying to defy what was thought to be possible for a High School marching band. While I do agree that the show still has some problem areas. From down the grapevine, I've heard that the show still has some changes to be made. Only time will tell. Till then I guess we'll just have to sit on the edge of our seats. -

the hebron performers don’t have time to turn off mics as they’re in he bibbers pocket under the jacket. the mics are left on during the whole show, but controlled by the front sound board to turn on/off at specific times. however for this weekend, since the mics are left on, the Referee PA frequency was what had to be turned off since it’s impossible for a performer to unzip their jacket and turn off the mic (White all solos are OTM). Hebron has nothing that they could do other than have the performer stop playing.
