TheSnareGuy was the best one....I didnt really have time to thoroughly listen to them, so I only get to listen to them a little bit, but his kept my attention the whole time...The other were good, don't get me wrong...but if I were to be flipping through a CD, I wouldve skipped the first 2 because it didnt have my attention...

Aegis Fang, the judges WANT you to do good....They want you to be able to make them not have to look at the music for error, they want to sit back and listen...they want a performer...You gotta get them hooked by your 1st starting note....its the most important note you will play in your whole audition.

Yea, my district also does a Solo/Ensemble contest in the district...You can do really anything you want...lol

11th chair out of 12 to advance...but my instrument broke in the room...so I guess playing on a broken horn and still advancing is pretty good ehh?

Well, Bell had a hard time all the way till GN, and performed...and the judges obviously liked it...so they did everything thats good.

I dunno what we're doing at all...we usually learn the music in like a week and a half and perform them..lol.

Thanks for the reminder of auditions lol...ugh haha...Ours is Dec. 5..fun fun? not.

Since L.D Bell got 3 1's, they won according to the format at the competition.
