woo.
that was one crazy contest.
all the bands that went did quite well
in my opinion.
there was just really stiff competition.
churchhills show design was really interesting and i really liked it.
i also liked reagans show and was pretty surprised by their placement.
i didnt get to see SFAs show, which was kind of a bummer, but
im sure they did well, judging by their placement.
as for my bands placement (7th)
all i can say is that we have some cleaning to do
and our show is only gonna get better.
I just spoke with a friend of mine from Oakridge,
and he says that they have not pulled out.
Unless their planning to tell the band the day before the competition
that they arnt going,
then they are still scheduled to perform on saturday.
A friend of mine thats in the Westfield band told me that
they werent going to BOA Houston anymore.
Fact or Fiction?
Was just wondering cause id like to know if hes tricking me
so i can pop him in the face.
last year we had a set that we called "The Happy Crab"
this year my section has a few things like:
the judge killer
sperm set
flying football
sideways eight (infinity sign)
the bike
and our last set is the darth vader set.

if they dont answer,
leave your name, school your from, instrument, and a thank you or something.
i heard about the RSVP thing because
my marching directors mother is running the whole thing.
spring high =D
yeah,
im wanting to see the competition also.
on another note,
does anyone know if they're taking bass clarinets
at orchestra this year?
my director says hes not sure and that heck
find out eventually.
last i heard from james bowie was that they
were doing something with west side story.
as of now, im not sure, cause i think they
decided to change the showname/some sets and music
not quite sure, but something along the lines of that.
anyone from Bowie want to clarify?
