Hearing some wild things about the judges tapes from Birdvilles performance. Anyone have the full story?

Congrats to Aledo and Burleson Centenial for making finals at BOA Waco and to Grapevine for winning a competitive Class 2A championship. These bands showed why Area F is one of the most competitive in the state. BC and Aledo were already pretty much locks for state but now Grapevine enters the highly competitive race with Richland, Colleyville Heritage and Midlothian for state spots.

Everman was very clean. For sure a finalists and probably top 4. So happy for Everman

How is this rain delay gonna affect the Everman? They are a clear favorite to win this contest but the rain delay might interfere with this

Yeah Colleyvilles indoor facility is for athletics not for marching band I would assume…

I think Everman should be able to take this area pretty easily. Their draw for prelims is pretty bad so if they dont win prelims or make finals thats probably why.

What’s y’all’s predictions for area mine is 36 cm.

Definitely think some collusion was at play. The way they announced BC was a little sus. Brewer got robbed and was definitely the cleanest band there.

Shocked Newman Smith did not make finals. With the amount of time it took for results to come out I wouldn’t be surprised if there was some collusion. Brewer should be the favorite to win now that my pookie Newman Smith got eliminated

Newman Smith is looking really good. Should win pretty comfortably and might be able to sweep captions
