Of all the stadiums I’ve been to this season mesquite is definitely has my favorite concession stands because they serve chicken strips, pizza, and all the other usual stuff like candy, chips, nachos. More options! 😋

I made it to mesquite memorial stadium. There was virtually NO parking spots y’all😭😭 I had to go ALL the way to the back. There may be more spots now though that prelims is over

Also is finals at 7:30pm like the original schedule said?

is there somewhere online I can buy tickets for finals or do I have to do that in person?

Yeah so reiterating what everyone else said: if a band does not place within the respective quota of state qualifiers, but at least 2 music judges and 1 visual judge certifies them, then that band will advance to state.

If anyone has a recording of flomo I’d love to see it. I only saw their show once this year 😭

Thanks so much for this! Wow, their body movements are so fluid, yet so well controlled, and perfectly timed. Their forms move across the field so smoothly. Also super impressive to hear their brass take on some tough technical phrases in the opener. And as usual they perform with that characteristically perfect tone quality, balance, blend and clarity they’re famous for!

Is the performance order the same for prelims? And are they doing prelims and finals or just finals?

The bright side for me is that I may get to watch some of the performances because I’m going out of town tomorrow!
