Yes, Bowie didn't make it. I have heard rumor of time penalties before (the darn sound system) and after (guard in the way of the timpani). I also saw two people fall and have heard about two others (that turf was really slick today for some reason). In our band hall, there is a banner (at least, it used to be a banner) that says: "To all those who enter; you are subject to the relentless refining process of music, even through uncompromising standards". To put that in plain english, it says, "If you don't like it, quit."
