Richardson placed 27th and Heath placed 18th. I'm not sure if the person passed out or just fell, but I'm pretty sure that it was at the region contest and not boa.

I really think Heath will place higher. Their region run wasn't the best but their BoA waco run I think was great. That was their second time performing their 3rd act and their first time at a boa contest. They placed 18th over Richardson so I definitely think they can place higher than them at area.

Yeah at Don Hanna they only had two out of three acts on the field and there were some musical errors throughout. For BoA though I believe they're being bussed home before the bands that made finals are even announced so I'm not sure if they're even trying for finals here or if they're going strictly to get some good feedback before UIL things start

they missed finals by a single point at Don Hanna and I'm pretty sure for Waco they signed up to only be part of the preliminary portion

I think heath definitely has a shot at finals as well

Yeah I think there was about a 100 point difference between Hebrons guard and Rockwalls guard. Very good performance from both schools

I know Lakeview has done well in the past, but I do not see them placing that high at this contest considering they were 12th at the Mesquite Contest

Yeah you're right. I was really surprised that Sachse and Braswell didn't make finals. I really have no idea what was going on in those judges heads

What did yall think of Rockwall Heath?

We'll see tomorrow night how the Heath band is doing at the game against Horn. I thought Royce City was one of their best performances that ive seen so far so hopefully they've improved since then. I know the Heath kids are very supportive of their friends on the north side of town and seeing both bands together at finals would definitely be memorable for both bands and their fans.

I didn't know that but it's honestly not very surprising. The Rockwall band program is great and I think that if they have a good run Saturday night they can definitely make state

okay now a serious predictions 1. Hebron 2. Marcus/FloMo 3. FloMo/Marcus 4. Prosper 5. Wylie 6. Rock Hill 7. Boyd 8. Rockwall 9. Wylie East 10. Sachse 11. Lewisville Twelfth is where it gets difficult for me. As a Rockwall Heath fan I'm really really hoping for them to somehow sneak into the 12th spot and I really think they can if they have a good run. Obviously though McKinney, both Plano and Plano East, and Braswell are really good as well. I really think that last spot for finals will depend on how each of those individual schools run will go.
