We use both. Vibes use Burton, and Marimbas use Steven's. Vibes is easier for people with smaller hands, but I've never been able to completely grasp the idea of the fulcrum and stroke. I also play snare (traditional grip) so my left hand is MUCH more used to a wrist rotation, so this makes Steven's a million times easier for me.
