With many bands on the rise from covid, what bands may finally break their loosing streak or improve greatly?

Definitely! As a whole I’ve thought lake ridge to be pretty decent until around 2018 when they fell off by a large amount. Then covid struck and they have been on the continuous prowl for state. After hearing their show theme this year and their music arrangements, I believe this year might be their chance to break their loosing streak. As a former misd band member, I’m rooting for them.

Is this contest always this small? it doesnt seem like many bands are going this year.

Lake Ridge Highschool (6A): Both sides of the rainbow. Featuring music from pink floyd, Elton John, and Dimitri Shastakovich, this show will show the darker meaning and colorful side of the rainbow. Also guessing upon the video on their instagram, it will be heavily inspired off themes from the wizard of oz with multiple pictuues of yellow brick roads and more showing.
