    Maybe my question is more why don’t bubble bands that consistently preform really well early season keep that consistency? bridgeland and cyfair both beat ctj at Katy but neither are considered locks for finals even tho ctj is a “lock” band

    Yeah, it will be interesting to see where they place, music has improved since Conroe but that’s the only other time I’ve seen them.

    Cyfair and Seven lakes sounded fantastic, I think they are much closer than people say they are. Cy-fair still takes first. Seven lakes has a harder show and they still have a lot of room to grow, but I’m sure they will be in a great place for state/San Antonio

    I find it really interesting that boa dallas gets a lot more attention than Katy, even when three of the best bands in Texas are in attendance and with pearland going to nats this year

    I think it will be a very close competition for 2nd-4th, I still think cy fair pulls ahead but can’t wait to see al the shows.
