  1. No but Westwood first in SR1 after winning no captions and Coppell first in SS1 and won the Caldwell cup
  2. Too bad, Marcus is pretty close to them so it wouldn’t been a long trip like all the Austin schools.
  3. I think vista will take the silver 1, in red one I will take Plano or westwood
  4. Trust me I know what cedar ridge Perc is like, Rick rod knows exactly how but when I was talking about front ensemble I meant by prelims, I thought finals did a good job but there is just really no way to tell exactly what was the reason they were in second unless we see separate front and battery tapes, just my opinion though, cedar ridge is indeed very good at percussion. On the topic of percussion 2 percussion programs I would’ve liked to see and hope to see in the future are Westwood and McNeil. Both did very well in percussion at tmc and both are taught by directors who are currently teaching both wgi at rhythmic force and dci at blue stars and blue knights so lots of great stuff as far as percussion
  5. I agree, cedar ridge 2nd might be a little bit too far but other then that and Hebron I like where everybody is at, one thing I would like to see in the future is a front ensemble be battery score because there are some judges which just look at battery and that’s not really a percussion score
  6. Cool, thanks for updating this for those of us who can’t be there, Appreciate it
  7. Yeah that’s exactly why, if ge is good then they would obviously place higher at a boa competition, in all honesty at state what time you go doesn’t really effect you that much, that’s more of a boa super regional thing
  8. It’s a good idea but it would just turn into boa San Antonio 2.0 but I would like to see something that would allow Texas bands to come a little easier so we can really compare all Texas bands
  9. Wait it should, who had the bright idea of putting it in Indy, but also i do agree with I being in Indy because of it was in Texas it would just be unfair for everybody
  10. It makes me sad to think about all the bands that end their season at San Antonio and despite being a top 100 band in the country, they will not make it to finals, I wish more texas bands would go to grand nats so they can see how good they are and just how high the standard is in texas
