Has anyone seen any of the bands today? Who do we think will make finals?

Region 29 must've made a mistake, Sam Houston is a 4A. When I checked the other day they were listed as 5A and now they are a 4A. So they have 31 bands advancing and attending Area D next Saturday at PField.

Area C could be similar to Area D. They draw order after they perform at Region. I know they said next year that will change and they will do a randomized generated pre-draw before the season even starts. 5As & 6As are doing that this year from what I have heard.

Any thoughts on who will make finals and which 6 will make it to state?

Good to know! I was under the impression that all 30 had to attend in order to meet the 6 going to state. Thank you for the info!!

How did Freeman score in prelims being a new school?

Missing Ann Richards from Regions 18/26 and Crawford from Region 13. We should be at 26 bands total for Area D so far pending results from Regions 23 & 27.

UIL results from today show Region 29 Sam Houston listed as a 5A.
