Another exciting day at the Alamodome!! Good luck to all the bands that made finals! I would hate to be a judge for these kinds of competitions, there were so many great bands I wish everybody could go to finals 🤣❤️.

Richland finished ahead of BC in both prelims and finals at area, I don't think you're giving them enough credit. Not too mention they took First at both BOA New Mexico and US Bands Regional. I think they make finals.

Centennial's visual scores are what got them 3rd. They have an entertaining show and they're a good band but there were a lot of mistakes. Richland took first place at their BOA comp in September then again at the US Bands Burleson regional. They are a top contender. I can't wait to see how all these bands perform at State!

Birdville looked GREAT at both prelims and finals! I'm a Richland band mom and I was cheering y'all on the whole way!! I'm so happy to see Birdville going to state with us!!! ❤️

Some bands have completed practice runs in the rain already this week. I think that is one way to be prepared to perform in the rain. I hope all the bands get to perform without rain being a factor and that there is time to get finals in as well. It currently looks like afternoon bands will have better weather. The word on the street is that finals will still happen if they can be completed by midnight.

Having seen a number of these bands perform this year, I agree with your predictions. I haven't seen Azle yet but Richland has a great show and has proven to get even better between prelims and finals. Hoping the weather holds so we get a preliminary and finals performance. CH has a really entertaining show but the technical aspect is a bit lacking.
