Can't wait for it this year, only a week left!

I think it felt more "at home" with Hebron given their show last year, but I don't really get the point.

I signed up for the txblive, but haven't got any yet... I'm surprised at the placement, I didn't think that Marcus could beat out Bell again but I guess I'm wrong. I'm also surprised that Richland is third, but granted I haven't seen their show this year. I would have thought Can anyone get some video from the finals performances? I'd love to see Bells show. Overall it looks like the top three are the same as they were last year, can't wait for San Antonio!

Awh man, that would'a been great. We got video from TOC but I don't think it'll get on YouTube... I'll ask though. Maybe next year what Smith should do is video all the schools, and stick them on YouTube or something in the days after, that would be great.

I agree with most of these bands being listed here, specifically about Hebron, they really stormed into 5A last year.

I think most bands do tomorrow, or maybe not? Creekview: 3:30 - 6:00. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday.

I was thinking about that too, I didn't see much of a theme in their show, although it was exceptionally well performed both in marching and music, they were definitely deserving of first place last night.

You know that'd be interesting to find out, how many of the bands had all, or at least most, of their show out there. I know Creekview had about 2/3 of our closer out there, but without any visuals... Alot of the shows I saw looked complete to me though.

Creekview is not going because of homecoming. I wish they would have put homecoming in november again...

Know about Mullins and Lindquist now, both are probably gonna have a better time. Neugent, I coulda sworn I heard/read whatever, was at Mansfield as a head middle school director or something. Quite possibly wrong but. And the parents thing isn't for sure although it could fit yeah. Where're you at?

So if Neugent went to Mansfield, and now Mullins, our third director, is going to a school in Benbrook that leaves our second director, Lindquist, unaccounted for although I thought for sure he was leaving, he sounded like it the last few days. Could all three of Frisco's be coming to Creekview? I think I read the third from Frisco left but is unaccounted for. Overall very ....interesting year for directors... hopefully quality in shows and such doesnt suffer

That's what I thought also, but just quoting the website.

I knew Hazzard had left as we there was some kind of meeting/introduction with him a little bit back. However I wasn't aware of anyone else. That must mean our second director left... Mansfield? Someone mentioned that... Only competing in UIL could be really good, you'd have more time to fine tune stuff instead of worry about early contests.

According to our band website, creekviewband.org, the new head director is Pete Hazzard. Anyone heard of him?

Creekview High School, CFBISD, is losing our head director of four years Mr. Nathaniel Neugent. He is leaving to spend more time with family and he hopes to get his masters. Hope we get through without him, he's kinda held our band together for the past four years.
