I'm so excited for this show- y'all have no idea 🤩

Wow. Almost ten years ago this forum was made… all’s I gotta say is that I became drum major through hard work and dedication and a passion to make my program great. I will be conducting and leading the Foster High School marching band for the 2025 AND 2026 seasons! God is good. I will look back on this post two years later and give all the details 😄

This will most likely be crazy amazing- I'm looking forward to seeing how their show plays out!

Foster High School- opened in 2001 2001-2019: 4 State Appearances 2019- Equine: 2nd in UIL 5A Area E finals (Advanced to the UIL State Marching Band Championships) 25th at the UIL State Marching Band Championships 2021- Hypnotic: 18th at BOA Conroe 2nd at UIL 5A Area E finals (Advanced to the UIL State Marching Band Championships) 18th at the UIL State Marching Band Championships 2022- Becoming Vincent: 9th Place at BOA Katy 2nd Place at UIL 5A Area E finals (no State because State was every other year then) 2nd Place at USBands Baytown Regional Prelims (Finals score I’m not so sure about) 2023- Beneath The Veil: 11th Place at BOA Shenandoah (Conroe) 13th Place at BOA Katy 2nd Place at UIL 5A Area E finals (Advanced to the UIL State Marching Band Championships) 1st Place at USBands Southwestern Championships 18th Place at UIL State Marching Band Championships 2024- The Oculus: 7th Place at BOA Shenandoah (Conroe) 8th Place at BOA South Houston 8th Place at UIL 6A Area E finals

Oh man, you have no idea how excited I am to see y'all perform! As someone who wants to major in music (and hopefully at Baylor), it will be an absolute joy to see the Baylor Golden Wave Band, regardless of whether we make finals or not. I have no words- I'm just super excited! (also sorry if my grammar sucks I just took my STAAR test today and I am BRAINDEAD lol)

I forgot to add: THIS SHOW LOOKS SO FIRE (pun absolutely and completely intended- sorry for the all caps response) Can't wait to see this at BOA and Area!!!

Hey, y'all! Here's to respond to y'all's comments: Our show this year is going to be veryyy different (like not like our usual shows different). It's a show we've been visually and musically wanting to do for a long time. When the show is actually revealed and worked on at the end of May (we have a end of year preview camp), I will tell y'all what it's about. But, I have a lot of hope for this show and I hope y'all enjoy our 2025-2026 show just as much as I will!
