Indeed congratulations and well earned ist divisions for all!
after watching the live stream quick takeaways:
PG- Wow! Some really wonderful moments. Great low brass sound!
Pine Tree- Cool show. But gotta get cleaned up before area. Really challenging.
Sulphur- …… Just amazing! The Solos! The Hits! The Very clean Drill! The Power! Love Love Love it!
North Lamar- I’m going to say this is a sleeping Giant. May be wrong, but if I’m not, everyone needs to get nervous
 
Paris- This may be one of my favorite show concepts ever! So cool and entertaining. I think they have a shot at state! Seriously go check it out!
 
 

My predictions.
1-Celina They would often get beat at contests in early season just to come back and beat everyone at state. 
2-Sulphur Spring. They are just too good this year and their show is amazing. I love the concept, the music, the sound. They beat Farmersville, North Lamar, and Paris at the RC contest. 
3-Canton/Farmersvile/North Lamar
this is where it gets tricky for me. Cantons show is  easy especially for them. Maybe if it is clean. It’s hard for me to ignore that they are the Canton Band and that they have been in the mix every year for decades. But generally, the show just doesn’t seem very cool. But I also haven’t seen a video in weeks.
North Lamar is really good and their show is different. It’s like old school meets new school. I don’t think it’s done. That means they are in trouble. But what’s there I think is better than the other 2. If the end of the show is as good as the rest of it, then I could see them maybe challenging Sulphur
Farmersville has great moments and it’s pretty clean but they rely heavily on the solo saxophone. Can they get a better or is this all they have? If they can get real clean they may take down Sulphur, They also beat NL 3 times yesterday so there’s that.
On the edge- Paris, Van Alstyn, Lumberton, Bridge City, Pine Tree. 
All these bands are here for a reason. They are quality bands that you can’t ignore

I don't think Canton has a new director. From what I’ve heard they may be pretty dangerous this year. 
With such a pedigree it would be hard to see their students not out to prove the naysayers wrong. Kinda like North Lamar last year. Sulphur might win it all this year at area. I think they have a good concept and a winning mentality. That doesn’t mean that Celina won’t come back and win state. Remember what happened in Area B in 2022 with Canton and Anna. 
I haven’t seen Lumberton, Bridge City, Paris, North Lamar, or Pine Tree. So I don’t have any real opinions. 
I do know that this is the Area to watch!

I liked NL and SS shows last year. It was an interesting clash of different philosophies. I can’t find anything online for NL. I did find a parent preview for SS. Cool show. I am going to watch the Melissa Showcase. Hopefully get to see everyone there.
