guys please I need to know how the prosper mighty eagle band scored

So let me get this straight, a band (O Fallon) gets disqualified from Area (already chosen to go to area) because of a tornado, which was an oversight by BOA! And because of this oversight, now 24, not 25 bands go to Sheldon. Why does that band being disqualified from attending Sheldon by Tornado have an impact on how many bands make it to state??? The top 5 were supposed to go to state! So again, let me get this straight. A band gets disqualified BY hurricane Milton’s AFTER the fact they made it to Area (so basically BOA didn’t do their due diligence) and now a very deserving marching band can’t go to state??? Someone please explain this to me!!!

You're right, weather definitely had a factor. Also it didn't rain while Pasadena Memorial performed when I saw their prelims run in youtube. It can truly account to what happened yesterday, it is surprising seeing the consistency of where bands stand throughout the season just for Area to mix everything up like never before UIL judging is interesting and created the product of yesterday, at the end of the day that's what some bands do really well, at appealing to the scoring system and others don't. UIL is about clean clean clean, musically and visually, and that's what we saw. Why do you think Hebron lost to Vandy 2022 state finals, Vandy just had a cleaner run. Even though hebron had an overall outstanding show. But yeah prelims was interesting. Like bwood to 24th 🤯 after 6th in finals last year ??
