I asked my daughter over the weekend what they will do IF the football team plays at AT&T Stadium... she just shrugged her shoulders, go all that way just to play from the stands, smh, I would hope they at least perform something from the 50 yard line, I like the idea of seeing the show at Jerry World.... but making it that far is a huge IF, gotta get through these next 3 games 1st!

I would think that Mineola vs any 3A school, but Winnsboro put a target on them for sure... especially since 2 of their band directors have gone to Mineola in the past 4 years.

Does everyone stop performing their show after state? We now take halftime off and play during 3rd quarter instead.... I'm not a fan of this procedure, but if it helps the boys to win the game then lets roll through these playoffs! (Just a band mom, have no say so.... I go to the games for the band!)

We have a schedule!

I checked out their FB, they have gotten 1's at 3 previous contests, no posts for today though... I think they perform at 1, not positive.

Now I'm confused.... Wills Point is 4A and on the list to have performed today at the 3A/5A competition, earning all 1's. It says that Eustace is 3A and is scheduled to perform tomorrow at the 2A/4A competition.... So there's still a chance to get one more 3A school in the Area competition? Region 3 is stressing me out!! This momma wants a schedule for Saturday!

Is it possible that New Waverly didn't compete for them not to have scores on here?

Any idea how these schools did? I saw on Commerce's Facebook where they made all 1's, but that's all I could find.

Winnsboro was told yesterday that they are no longer attending this contest.

It's a good thing they are young!!! I hope they can sleep on the bus! I feel bad for the drivers though. Hopefully they can rest during the day.

I'm not a director or affiliated w/ the school in any way, just a concerned mom. But can Winnsboro be moved down to a later time slot, they'll have a 3 hour drive, after an away football game the night before, which is an hour's drive back home. Again, not really my business, I'm just concerned.
