I used an ankle weight most of 2006. It helped. Like EuphToth said, if i become section leader i'm bringing a whole box of them.

I'm starting a band and i need help with a name. do you guys have any suggestions?

I like baritones. I can hold up a baritone for about 30 minutes, and my arms are weaker than twigs.

a lot of etudes sound like that. back again to the slide conversation. I never have to use a slide. we use baritones. That way we don't bang into people when we're two inches apart.

Is there any way possible we could get the media back up? I would love to have all the songs, and i don't have limewire. I've searched through iTunes to see if they had any but they didn't, and i don't think bands.org has a media site. By the way, google has a cool video of Phantom Regiment's "Harmonic Journey."
