Lots of you said some messed up stuff about NL. (Shadows of their former self’s) Now that everything is done, what did you think? I loved it obviously

Don’t let the haters get you Celina. You were awesome. to all you haters, you are doing more to make people think negative things about your program than any placement ever could. You are just showing how much you don’t know anything about how to win and how ignorant you really are. Congrats to everyone who made it to the State!

Big shout out to the North Lamar! People been hating on them all season and they showed up first to finals!

I don’t have a problem with that. I think everyone should be proud of all the success they had this year. But stop bashing people’s show because you think your show is harder or whatever. Or you won at a contest back in a month ago.

I feel confident that NL is going to get to finals. If they do that then it’s a new contest. Some of you Farmersville kids are just haters. Why don’t you go ask your directors if they are hating on NL like you are. It’s people like you that make people want to route against you.

That was one contest more than a month ago. And NL beat them at Royce city with an unfinished show that same day. Now that NL has a show that’s done and they are cleaning it. I think the game has changed. No disrespect to Farmersville. I think they are finalists this year for sure

I think Farmersville is great. I just don’t think they are better than NL. I am an alumni and I will admit my bias. Then you have Bridge City. The video of Davenport was impressive as well. I don’t think that China Springs is as good as Celina and they beat Panther Creek at area. Sulphur is good they could be up there to. I put my picks on the predictions up if you wanna look.

Everyone has an opinion. And everyone gets to judge when you put that opinion out. I don’t disagree with your top 3. I think 4 and 5 is not right. I’ve never heard of Aubrey and Farmersville is good but there are at least 2 bands that I have seen that are better.

I This was one of my favorite shows at area! Very sad for Paris but they should be proud of their show.

I didn’t have an issue with the way it shook out in area C. I did think North Lamar had a better show than Bridge City. But barely. The first half of their show is spectacular. I hope they can continue to grow this next week. (NL grad bias) I don’t think a lot of the commenters understand how incredibly difficult the body choreography is in Celinas show. I think marching and playing is actually easier. We used to do a lot of choreo in high school and I felt that it always took more time to clean.I agree about Sulphur Springs Show. It’s very loud visually and musically the whole time. There is definitely a difference in achievement with both of those bands and everyone else. I think Farmersville is great. I don’t think it is as difficult from a group standpoint as some people have said. I loved seeing some bands make finals that have struggled recently. Community, Wills Point, Van Alstyne did a great job. how about PG!!!! Go get em! I missed Lumberton. Congrats to them for advancing. ultimately, everyone needs to celebrate their performances and not drag other bands because it didn’t turn out they way you wanted.
