Yep so excited CP is in the top half! And so proud of Team Texas!! I was getting nervous for Leander. This is going to be an amazing night to close out the season. Leave it all on the field!!!

Looks like they got 9th in percussion, so maybe not a “judge problem”? Also, isn’t that just the nature of judging? Kind of hard to get 1s across the board. Hebron is just so good overall that they made up for the low percussion ranking. Congrats to all the bands! Just the absolute best in high school marching band.

Did NFHS go offline for anyone else? Just started working again for me.

Let’s go, Vista Ridge! Beautiful sound and show. I saw them at BoA SA finals and their wall of sound was so powerful yet balanced. They might have had the most “in your face” sound of the night.

Yeah I can’t stand these fisher price microphones they’re using. I joke, but they really do need to get a sound engineer to address the distortion asap. This was also an issue last week with 5A.

Wow, Vandy. Much better run than BoA SA finals. They really locked in today! Great energy from the band. I saw several smiles from band members after the ballad and the head drum major was beaming when they finished.

BoA SA….where the “bubble” for finals is almost as big as the entirety of the prelims group. Love this event.

I just love Cedar Park’s show this year. And of course they’re consistently executing it at the highest level. Beautiful, balanced, and powerful sound and great visual program. Looking forward to an even stronger run tomorrow night which I’ll get to see in person!
