  1. Well, US and Japan would dominate marching band, so they will take it off anyway.
  2. 5 pieces I would absolutely love to play again (regardless of difficulty) 1. Javelin (Torke/Patterson) 2. Canarios Fantasia (Akey) 3. Summer Dances (Balmages) 4. Sinfonietta (Dahl) 5. Incantation and Dance (Chance) but right now, my favorite piece of all time is Bartok Concerto for Orchestra or DeFalla Fire Dance Ritual or possibly Celestail Night by Danielpour.
  3. I write some neat stuff on drill pro. I can't ever save it gthough....
  4. and chances are they aren't as good as they used to be.
  5. said I go to a small 5A school which is the truth. But I could care less about my school...
  6. goes to a small school.
  7. Mr. Ford does ours. He does some cool stuff sometimes, but sometimes, I don't know what he is thinking.
  8. Bah. My keyboard is crappy. I got a new one though It's shiny
  9. we've always had bad closers. Except inside out. That was a great closer.
  10. Also, for those who are like me and when browsing through shows only look at the opener, that could be bad. Plus (wether this is true or not Iwouldn't know) I think that if the first thing the judges see is dirty, then that leaves a negitive impression on the band.
  11. Do I really do act old? hmm...oh well. 3/4 of the shool population my age are retarded, so I guess that's a good thing....
  12. We got about half our show done tonight. I swear, this drill is 2000 times better than 2006 or 2004. It's not just a bunch of lines and boxes which makes me happy.
  13. nah. Some trumpets are cool. Just our 'perfect' soloist was an arrogent (insert word here), so he could never do anything wrong.
  14. no. One day at practice he decided that it was the back conductor's fault because "her conducting wasn't definate" or something to that effect.
  15. They're almost as twice as big as my class size.
  16. we had a trumpet solo one year, and the solo was 4 notes. Every time he played it, He would crack 1 or 2 notes. And then his ego wouldn't allow him to say that it was his fault, so he blamed other people including the conductor in the back.
  17. when we saw them at Area 2 years ago everyone stayed in their own little 8th of the field. They rarely went out of it.
  18. Flute and French Horn. that's about it. Of course section features, but those are typical.
  19. yeah something like that. Impressive only for the fact that they could write a drill for that many people...
  20. so anyway, back on topic....
