all i can say is... one of my favorite performances of the year was against southlake carroll at dragon stadium... that crowd went completly NUCKING FUTS for us... and everybody in the band seemed to feed off the energy. One of the greatest feelings i've ever had in my marching career, and in my last football game too.

a cool fact about finals at nationals... Texas swept individual music: Woodlands, Richland, Bell, SFA goes to show you where the best players in the country come from

we were 21st or 22nd after prelims with an 83... haha we had the worst performance imaginable... a snare falling off the carrier, half the band using the wrong hash, the wrong narration, props left on the field, etc... so we were pretty much on the bubble there on out

bell bringing lux back was just amazing for me... since i thought 05 had the best musical production of the trilogy

oh man... i almost forgot that at boa san antonio finals this year a trumpet's third valve slide fell out and the...marching judge? maybe? picked it up, looked at it for a while, said something into his recorder and handed it back haha

haha at UIL prelims last year... one of our trumpets was trying to get his mute in his horn, but missed and threw it over his shoulder... and like ten people ended up kicking or tripping over it during the rest of the show

i'll usually be at the meetme's on the field...

uh carmel did a show with pyramids in 05... haha

we don't have any senior french horns on the field this year...

i think people should remember that bands that went to arlington had a whole extra week to clean/produce their shows...

we're 2-1 in district... pretty nice i guess

i hear boa used to penalize bands if their show wasn't at least 7 minutes long...

richland hasn't made the uil state finals since winning 4a state... the last time we made 5a state finals was 2002...
