the only reason im rooting for the cowboys this season is because i have Romo and Barber in one of my fantasy league... is it too late to start a fantasy league? if not, we should start one with TxBands memebers... oops. sorry, I meant varsity. Legacy was considered a non-varsity band their first year.

There always seems to be a breakout band at TOC. 2 years ago, Mansfield came out of nowhere to take 5th. Last year, Wylie came out of nowhere to win. I'm excited to see who it is this year. I'll be keeping a close eye on Timberview. Apparently they were the only school from Mansfield to make straight 1s at UIL.

you are missing out. BOA is amazing. imo...BOA>UIL. BOA has a lot more consistency in their judging. UIL Judges are all over the place.

or maybe its like the 97-98 Chicago Bulls roster's salary where everybody except Michael Jordan made less than $5,000,000 because they cared more about the glory than the money. Basically, Jordan made 33 million dollars while the rest of the team made 30 million all together. Needless to say, they won their third straight championship. That's dedication right there. BOAs are my favorite contest because of their finals retreat. those are soo much fun. i hope we can make finals this year. *crosses fingers*

yes but last year hebron, haltom, martin, berkner all werent there. and sachse wasnt that well prepared (from what i heard). this is a brand new year and i just cant wait to see how this contest unfolds.

I'm going to go ahead and say this is a toss up between 7 different bands.

Thats quite a few good bands this year. Only half the bands from finals last year came back to compete, and yet the competition seems more fierce.

you basically just stated our schedule except we learned our closer first. I've never learned a show backwards before. Danpod, care to do an analysis of Pros/Cons on learning a show backwards?
