The opening of Mansfield Legacy actually had a greater effect on Mansfield Summit than it did Mansfield Timberview.

Jagdad is right. I remember clearly at the 2007 UIL Region 5 contest Legacy marched as a 5A-Non Varsity band.

I think Area B might actually take 5 bands. With all four 4A bands in Region 5 making Division 1 ratings tonight, it brings the total number of bands competing in Area B to 29.

Area B is so talented in 4A and 5A it's ridiculous.

I know right, we were ranked 5th in the Area in the pre-season rankings. They were saying that we might win our district which contains Everman and Stephenville in it....and then we lose to Joshua, statistically the worst team in the district. We won against Fort Worth Southwest tonight though 21-35 now we await the winner of Birdville v. Denton Ryan.

Our football team has been under-performing greatly this year.

I've been looking at it for awhile too and I am still dumbfounded by some of the rankings. Take Summit's marching rankings for example, 9th and 25th, that's a 16 place gap between the two. That's just one of many examples.

So I'm not the only one.
