Long day! I was most pleasantly surprised by Dawson High School. They were my favorite of the day, closely followed by Claudia Taylor Johnson. There were a lot of really good bands there today!

DCI 2008 Finals 01. 98.125 - Phantom Regiment 02. 98.100 - Blue Devils 03. 97.325 - The Cavaliers Semifinals 01. 98.050 - Blue Devils 02. 97.675 - Phantom Regiment 03. 97.550 - The Cavaliers 04. 96.700 - Carolina Crown Quarterfinals 01. 97.375 - Blue Devils 02. 97.000 - The Cavaliers 03. 96.575 - Phantom Regiment 04. 96.075 - Carolina Crown The most amazing crowd reaction ever. Phantom Regiment beating BD by .025 of a point. The crowd flipped as BD was announced in second, and continued freaking out as Phantoms score was announced.

I'm still not sure how this will be. It could be the end of DCI as we know it. It could be great for the activity. Only time will tell. Now I just have to decide who I'm going to march with... G7 or not G7...

Bringing back a dead topic. Sorry. At one of our football games a few weeks ago I had an asthma attack after performing the show. The asthma attack led to me having a panic attack and then hyperventilating and my mom thinks I may have had a seizure as well. Went to the er that night and they got me back to normal. Now I have bronchitis so I can't march. I have no idea how long I'll be out. It really sucks!

I'm in PALs. Other than that, my life is band!

We're losing our spring break to Disney World... I wish we got to miss school. Instead of spring break. Oh well. Hopefully it's a good trip. I'm already starting to save money for spending.

Our team won our first 5A game tonight against Angleton. Can't remember the score though. I didn't really watch much of the game. But I sure saw our team fumble quite a bit!

Well they messed up my schedule. As soon as they fix it I'll be in AP English 3 and US History A. And my free periods will be gone =( I took English 4 last year and Government and US History B. My classes are soooo messed up. I've already taken 3 math classes, and that's all we are required to take. I didn't take a math class last year either.

So my schedule is sooo messed up. They are supposed to fix it tomorrow. 1st period I currently have off. 2nd is Symphonic band 3rd is Concert band 4th is Music Theory 5th and 6th is PALs 7th I currently have off as well. I shouldn't have any classes off, but it's nice to get to sleep in =)
